The prices and the conditions could be subjected to increases or variations.
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.
The price does not include the tourist tax. The local tax is defined as Euro 1,30 per person per day for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 10 years are excluded.
Reduction for children with additional bed
Children up to 2 years: Euro 15.- per day (with or without cot)
from 2 to 5 years: 50%
from 6 to 11 years: 30%
from 12 years: 15%
PETS: Euro 10.- per day (food not included)

Cancellation Policy
for bookings from 05/27 valid - 7 days Cancellation Policy with confirmation deposit
In order to guarantee the booking, the customer is required to pay a confirmation deposit amounting to 30% of the price of the entire stay; upon receipt of the same, you will be sent written confirmation of your booking.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: refund of the deposit paid
- From 6 days before arrival to 1 day before arrival 50% of the deposit paid
- No-Show: 100% penalty of the deposit paid
You can make the payment via bank transfer or credit card on the Nexi XPay platform*
*XPay by Nexi (Pay By Link) is a solution offered by Nexi that allows us to send an email with a link, generated by a portal where a payment can be made by credit card in a secure e-commerce environment.
PREPAID NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Advance payment of the entire stay upon confirmation of booking. In case of cancellation and/or modification the amount charged cannot be refunded. The penalty is equal to 100% of the amount of the booked stay.
